6a163c0358 Run UI actions only when the activity is added to the fragment. 
This is different from the previous behavior
where we only check if it is not detached.

7e05a49bda Add Android integration tests that checks if included bridges work 
This also changes the way bridges are used.
Instead of using the torrc config file,
bridges are now activated via Tor's control port.
