43740777d4 Raise MAX_CONTENT_TYPE_BYTES to 80, lower MAX_PRIVATE_MESSAGE_TEXT_LENGTH. 
In case we ever want to send "application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document" attachments.
